9 years apart. Self-confidence dramatically decreased after my first shave at 21 due to balding and I gained a lot of weight. 3 years ago I thought If I can't change my hair, why not change the rest?. I'm now 15 weeks out from my first men's physique competition.4yr ⋅ Frappell ⋅ r/bald
M/26/5'11 [211>180=31lbs]. I thought I'd share the photo on the left that made me initially start dieting. A 31lb loss in 2 years doesn't sound like much however I have managed replace lost weight from fat with some muscle. For the first time since that photo I can feel confident in wearing a suit!4yr ⋅ Frappell ⋅ r/progresspics

2 years and 10 month progress. Progression should be slow and steady, don't be disheartened if you're not seeing development after 1 month! Keep at it and the gains will come!4yr ⋅ Frappell ⋅ r/FitnessMotivation
6 weeks out from my first natural Men's Physique competition... Providing it doesn't get cancelled. I've still got a long way to go if I want to get a place but I'm staying consistent!3yr ⋅ Frappell ⋅ r/bodybuilding
M/25/5'11 [207lbs > 185lbs = -22lbs] (15 months). I cut down on alcohol and keep an eye on my calories and macros. As a nurse I feel that it's important to practice what I preach when it comes to health. Hopefully I'll be even healthier in another 15 months!5yr ⋅ Frappell ⋅ r/progresspics

M/25/5'11.5 [211>177=34lbs]. I recently posted a photo from the side however I thought I'd post an update from the front. Feeling proud of myself lately as I have gone from being insecure to having the confidence to strip on a stage. At first dieting and training is hard, but it feels so rewarding.5yr ⋅ Frappell ⋅ r/progresspics
