I just want to say thanks to everyone on r/ramen. Last week I posted on here that I had started selling ramen during the London lockdown as my restaurant had closed. I took the advice and now I have a 'cook at home' version, chilli oil and new packaging. Oh and my first sale was to a fellow redditor
