I built a program to display what the driver receives. It can be quickly updated between the two. Being Lyft’s and Uber’s fees are now variable and that they are not at all transparent to the passengers about what we get. Making it seem we still get ~80%. I saw a need for something like this.

Uber says the tip matching is based on time zone. So they won't reward me the match of a tip I had on Aug 15th 11:37pm. I live in Hawaii. So they say it was August 16th. It said nothing about time zone difference in the in app advertisement.

So this is my fault? A pax kept on requesting and canceling. I accepted it just to text him to stop. Another girl kept doing the same request then cancel. So I clocked out and watched her do the same to the other drivers around and then I get this text. Passengers need to get punished for doing this

A year and a half of updates as a driver and I can honestly say nothing Lyft has updated has helped drivers. They only remove features that made it convenient to drive. Lyft owns software and doesn't improve it. They are a transportation company not a tech company in my eyes.

This is getting too much. Now Lyft doesn’t even show us the rider location. Seems like an app bug. But man it’s been happening for months now. Lyft please fix!

Are these starting to get more frequent? They sent this by email, text and in app. I did not accept two fares in a row that were 30min away. I logged out after. Then Ubered locally. It's their problem that they can't get a driver out there.
