Need help knowing what to do! I used this plant for my first propagation and replanted the stub. I have these beauties coming off from where the leaves were pulled off. Their getting pretty big and I dont know what to do. Do I leave them or take them off and replant them?

I need help! I have a few succulents like this that look ‘okay’ not as good as they did. They also soft to the touch, not as hard as they should be. I’ve been giving all my succulents more sun lately, about six hours a day. Gets watered about every other week. What am I doing wrong? TIA!

I got this beautiful (at the time) orchid about 2 weeks ago. I soak the roots for an hour a week in a bucket. It is in a shaded lanai. All the leaves wilted and the roots look dry. I soaked it an extra day this week but have no clue where I went wrong.

People had asked me to update. I cant believe this is only a month ago and now I have to propagate! I need some help though. The one that looks lettucy with the pink edge...the leaves are huge! It feels weird propagating the normal way I guess cause of how big it is (as long as my hand). Is it right
