Hickory smoked guniea hog rib pork chops still on the bone. Rub: salt, pepper, paprika, garlic. 1 hour smoke then 1 hour @325. Pulled when internal temp 160. My friends have a small farm and I eat their livestock. A little gamey but very tasty.6yr ⋅ DivineZenith ⋅ r/smoking
