Has anyone ever seen anything like this? Basement cold room floor. When it rains water comes up about 4-5” and then slowly drains away. If it gets too high, I get nervous and open the clean-out and let it drain away. House was built in ‘65 and no sump-pump. Thanks in advance!6yr ⋅ dirtbeet ⋅ r/Plumbing
