So I'm trying to learn more about birthcharts by looking at friends charts, but I'm stuck with this one. He has so many planets in the 10th, but he is not really the career driven type, he has a strong character though. Can someone please clarify what this means ? Thank you :)

I found this one when I was a child on vacation in Germany. Years later, when I looked up the location, I found out that there are a lot of caves and Quartz growing there (amongst other crystals). I'm not sure whether this ist really quartz or maybe something different. Could someone ID this one?
