5’8” 191 in left, ~166 in right! Total weight loss so far has been 200-165 (35lb) from March 24th when I started cico to today! Went off my deficit my entire birthday week but still counted calories (was around 2200-2600 most days). Didn’t gain weight back, and even lost a pound!

I guess hypomania is deciding that you NEED to drink more water AS MUCH water as POSSIBLE so you order an absurdly large water bottle and get it a week later and are just like....how can I drink this much water??? It weighs 12lb filled up. Next to a 60oz bottle (already sizeable)

I messed something up at work (again) and my boss sent me a pissed off email (again). I'm pretty sure I've been experiencing dysphoric hypomania the past few weeks and I don't know how to be better. What do you think of this response?
