Made a recon dude, I hate that greenstuff takes forever to dry as I am keen to paint him. Im not sure how I feel about his arm, I feel its a little wonky. Overall though I am happy with the rifle and his goggles.

Just bought my first bunch of Krieg, my friend is selling off his dudes so I am buying a bunch from him. As grenadiers are now legends Ill run them as regular infantry, so I have 40 odd dudes, a few hqs, a mars pattern tank and a bunch of weapons teams. Im keen to join you guys and show my progress!

I dont know why but I have struggled so much with the skin on these models, trying to paint these guys has been rough. When compared to other stuff I have painted they just look scuffed, it looks fine at a normal distance but up close they look wretched. Anyways heres my counts-as Slaughter Queen.

WIP painting this guy, C&C would be appreciated. I feel like I may need to break up his armour a bit as it being all the same steel just looks a bit jarring. If I just edge highlight the chest pieces will that break up the lines enough? Shade the mail again to make it darker? Idk.

I feel like this guy is boring to look at compared to my other spooky dudes and I am not sure how to fix it. The other guys all have a spot that I can paint dark blue, but this guy has it under his cloak and I think that'll look bad as having an ethereal cloak over other material doesnt seem right.

It has been just under a year of painting and I thought it might be a good time to check on my progress! The white dudes are the first models I painted and the red and blue guys I finished off today. I have definitely become much neater and better at applying my paints, now to progress even more!

Krootox rider kit question, on the sprue is the gun seperate from the krootox in the kit? Also is the kroot dude seperated from the krootox?
