Fun with the blow dryer this morning. 3? 4? 5? Months? I forget.
Well I'm not trying for sinister... but the beard and stache kinda' go there.
Lengthening in process. The blow drying helps the length show for sure. Still not quite sure what to do with the stache, but waiting it out.
I think this is now about 5 months of growth.
Not quite Czar Nicholas II, but getting closer.
My first tattoo. Probably will be more!
Birthday morning. Vacation day. Done right.
With length come a little better styling control.
Givin’ Blue here his third workout. He’s a champ! Nutty Cut inside.
My second time with Blue. Peterson Nutty Cut inside. Awesome start to the morning!
Interesting turn. The stache has become... self-supporting and almost self-styling now.
Morning beard. I dunno... 3 months?
About a month apart. About 4 months in?
Per Folks suggestions... blowdried with conditioning balm (left) and then waxed to try and keep it in place. There’s length there I didn’t know I had!
Take by many standards, but gettin’ pretty beardy for me!
Today it maintained a semblance of shape!
Almost 4 months. Getting ready for an online meeting and realized: WHOA! It's a beard!
Peterson POY 2019 ordered! Now to wait until Thursday. It's a little like Christmas!
Well... that's more beard than I thought! LOL
Trimmed the sides down by about 1 cm. Hmmm.
That “gettin’ hard to manage’ stage.
I think this is my favorite stage of beard growth: no longer short and not long and a little on the untamed side.
Posted this in one place and realized it fit here too. Beard about 3 months of length.
At some point, every bearded gentleman asks himself, what could I pull off with a little product?
Alas, I am shorn.
And... finally the beard has lift off from my face!
5+ months now. Starting to get the itch for some trimming but... kinda nervous to screw things up.
May need an intervention. Brushed my stache down and my mouth disappeared. DOH!
Seems to be going nowhere now. Time to shave?
When beard takes over
My 1 month old Savinelli 626 Brown next to my brand new 606 Blue. Can’t wait to try this guy out!
Czar Nicholas II... comin' back. This is when I usually chop it back to a goatee. Must... find... strength!
After resisting TAD, I added ~50 g each of Lane 1-Q, Sutliff Rum&Maple, and Dunhill Early Morning Pipe
Sun coming up over the mountains behind my beard.
Almost 4 months. It's finding its shape finally. Stacie is still under intense training. Doh!
Slowly but surely, it’s comin’ back.
When you discover your beard can defy gravity... and... bushy ensues.
This is oiled AND brushed AND balmed. I need stronger stuff to tame this sucker! And recommendations?
Trimmed down a little bulk from the sides and neckline. And trimmed about 1/4 inch off the middle of the ‘stache.
Don't know where I saw this but... damn! I think I'm in love with this design and the colors and I haven't even touched one yet!
It gets unruly. Anyone know of a good firm beard balm?
From goatee to beard... it's comin' back! At least for now.
Tried blow drying the stache before waxing it. That helped get the curls out a little. Other ideas?
Hey Moustache folks... been browsing this out since 10/05/2016. My moustache hairs have usually been fairly straight, but this time they have a definite curl to them and it's sort of mid-length in the stache. How do I control that? Any ideas?
Always seems to take forever for a beard to come back. Must have patience. This is about 2-3 months.
