This is Rose, our veterinary clinic cat. She was abandoned at our hospital 13 years ago and has been standing guard over sick patients ever since.

We had a 50 metre meal the other day. Everything was grown within 50 metres of the kitchen. Home raised chicken, roast beets, carrots, potatoes, garlic, onions, and steamed beans and raw cucumber. The only thing used that was not from us was oil and salt.
