The nether was created into the over world on my corrupt file

Does anyone know how to fix the file for this world? Idk what happened, but it one day just stopped working and kept crashing when I tried to play in it. Please help, this was one of my best worlds, and I don’t wanna delete it and lose it forever ;-;
