What caused this? Rose petals turns brown and curly? I do spray my rose with bio advance every 10 days, fertilize with David austin rose food. Zone 9b What can I do ? Thank you🙏🙏🙏

I recently bleached and dye my hear this color. I am looking to buy joico copper shampoo and conditioner but for some reason its very hard to find for some reason. Not a lot of place sell them. Is there a trusted shampoo brand to maintain this color ? Its a bright carrot color.
