Ever since re-watching the first film, I've been haunted by this little scene. One of the most depressing shots for me. You'll barley have a place to live, but look, a large TV!

Everybody hates Olly, not realizing he was actually the last well written character. How war brings only pain and death, and will even brutally kill who should be the most innocent. In retrospective, his relationship with and betrayal to Jon might've been the last thing I was actually invested in.

I'm still intrigued by season 4, even though I'm one of the people that think the show dipped in quality in its subsequent two seasons. However, one thing will remain, and that's my absolute LOVE for the first episode. And even consider it to be a stand alone movie, it genuinely works as that.

One of the main reasons why I liked this show despite its flaws is that it really captured this Biblical, religious and mythological feeling, as if reading a text that held that type of connotations. Even if I was annoyed at a storyline or character. That specific feeling always brought me back.

The interaction and relationship between some, if not most, the characters felt so effortless and so real, it's really something I'm appreciating more and more. Like I would have no problem watching and listening to Michael and Sawyer just talking for hours on that raft.

I'm all for different perspectives and complex and grey characters. But Melisandre's arc or whatever you want to call it is complete and utter nonsense. This malicious, bloodthirsty, little girl burning religious fanatic is shown in the end as a sympathetic character and of true and honest purpose!?

Maybe it's just me, but this guy was so perfectly well cast as young Charles Widmore, I wish we got to see more of him in that interesting and conflict heavy 50's era.

Plot Twist: LOST is actually about getting this guy (Gary Troup) killed because he was about to expose the Hanso foundation and the Dharma initiative, which would've lead to the world's discovery of the island. Everything that happened after was just a side-quest.

Sayid, our tortured torturer. Saying he wasn't perfect is an understatement, he did a lot of bad stuff. But he was smart, resourceful and even quite considerate. And to see him turned into a complete zombie in the final season was such a shame. I hate it, I hate it, I hate it ... That's all! XD

A prediction I'm making about the Netflix casting. Saamer Usmani is gonna be playing a version of Wang Miao, and Eiza Gonzalez is gonna be playing a version of Shen Yufei. And honestly, after watching and enjoying the Tencent version, I don't mind it if it's right. OK, sort of don't!! xD
