I'm a knitter and my husband loves chemistry and nature. So we decided to start dyeing yarn with natural materials. Today we are shipping out our first order of avocado dyed yarn.
I got these two knitting baskets for 15€ at a local secondhand furniture shop. The left one is breaking my heart a little bit. So many yarn scraps, careful magazine clippings all the way back to 1938, tons of hooks and needles, and the basket has a handmade drawstring lining.

I think Rhodamine Red is the hottest hot pink acid dye I've ever used. It should be called looks photoshopped pink because it does!
