Opinions? 1981 Honda CX500 running condition and in great shape. Picked it up for a song because of a lost title and broken throttle cables. Fixed everything myself albeit needing to go through the bonded title process. Should go through the title hassle? What would this bike be worth?

Am I correct reading this diagram that there is no regulator on a CB175?Mine is a ‘73, manual published in ‘74, but has pics of bikes 69-73 as references. My rectifier needs replaced, but want to make sure I get the right part. If there is no regulator, will the regulator/rectifier combo still work?
