I recently got back into swimming after years of being sedentary. Took six months of training nightly to pull this off and I’m super proud.

It's been almost a year since I started swimming. I will be 51 on Monday. My first swim May 26, 2022 I swam 750 meters in 30 minutes. Today I swam further than I've ever swam, 2,250 meters in 1.01 hours. Is this a good rate of improvement for a really overweight out of shape woman?
