This is Le Capricieux 1690 French 5th Rate 1/8. One of several ships made by my grandfather William H. (1923-2000) using real ivory planks cut from old piano keys, the wales are made of ebony. 1/72 Airfix Whitley cockpit. I decided to replace the decal of a map with an actual paper one. I cut it from the instruction sheet and I think it looks far better.
