On cold nights, put a piece of Reflectix on your chair and sit on it. Stops the drafts and reflects your body heat back at you. It's not loud and makes a huge difference.4yr ⋅ learntorv ⋅ r/GoRVing
We finally did it. We are currently selling everything and have been full time for 30 days now. Making memories, instead of acquiring things. Being 33yrs old, and doing away with all the things most people find to be a staple of normality, it is certainly scary. But we are doing this folks!3yr ⋅ chasebrizy9 ⋅ r/GoRVing

Anything for better fuel mileage- I installed the all new Goose 3000. It made one hell of a clatter installing it up there.1yr ⋅ learntorv ⋅ r/GoRVing
Lost our home in a tornado early this year, and after testing the waters with a rental RV we decided we’d try out life on the road. Excited about our new purchase!3yr ⋅ DosYourself ⋅ r/GoRVing
Thoroughly enjoyed this view from Prizer Point KOA on Kentucky Lake. Campground itself was lacking, I thought. Had cable and water hookups. Daily, a “honey wagon” came by and emptied your tanks for you (if needed). They did have a marina to rent boats and a nice little restaurant. Incredible view2yr ⋅ Significant-Steak78 ⋅ r/GoRVing
Finally picked up the 5th wheel we got on a Black Friday sale. Feels good! Now to do the work to get it exactly like we want it.3yr ⋅ BullsLawDan ⋅ r/GoRVing

Bringing in my 2022 forest river for Warranty repairs. Bathroom door won’t close, Dinette wood is cracked, heater is loud, blower fan sounds like it is hitting metal. Kitchen draw screws pulled out, and plastic underbelly fell off on the highway. Soft spot on floor like a board popped.1yr ⋅ Cx54000lbstowing ⋅ r/GoRVing

I hope you had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend camping! We did, but our neighbor was not so lucky... Thankfully, all humans and dogs got out and were fine. But the camper, not so much. The fire marshal suspects an electrical fire.1yr ⋅ DevmeisterG ⋅ r/GoRVing
Noob Fail: Got in yesterday, only battery was powering my camper, decided I'd have a look at the problem today, since it was late and dark. And I learned that there is a breaker switch I needed to turn on! Sharing in case others are noobs like me and didn't look more closely. 🤦♀️😅2yr ⋅ analogpursuits ⋅ r/GoRVing
Grandma's RV been sitting for about 15 years. It's in surprisingly decent shape in and out. Smells great inside still. I'm trying to get her to sell it. Hasn't had power in over a decade. Can someone give me an idea of what it's worth as is? Thank you very much.1yr ⋅ chatewrecker ⋅ r/GoRVing

Is there any hope? It's a 1993 with about 35k miles. Someone pulled out in front of me. I'm not even sure of the extent of the damage to any mechanical components. This happened about 1/2 mile from my house. In July we took about a 5600 mile trip to AZ from PA, no incidents. Unbelievable.1yr ⋅ 89iroc ⋅ r/GoRVing
