I bought this device on eBay called the X9. A PSP In terms of form factor. And it’s surprisingly really nice. It’s very light, the screen is also really good. Feel quite solid given they’re only selling for $30-40 and you can play any NES through GBA era game and most Sega games minus DreamCast era.

Here's a pocketable way to use real buttons on emulators and games in portrait mode. I attached Fidelo wallet bands to 8bitdo controllers using Gorilla tape. I can slide and position the gamepads easily, but they stay in place. It's comfortable, and the screen size is still decent on a large phone.
