Can somebody tell me a good way to open this, i have tried to pry it open or hit it open, but i cant without damaging the casing

The bearing on the far left is what I am replacing, the bearing in the middle is what I bought to replace the OEM, however the ID is 15mm...too small. The bearing on the far right are some snap ring bearings that we already had at the house, can I just use these since they match the exact dimensions?

how do you all align your fence? I take measurement at the blade the out to the miter slot. again near the top and bottom as it doesn't slide completely even. it's this the best way? I'm going to make a jointer jig and want to be sure.

Table saw is binding up when cutting more than about an inch or so. I’ve upgraded to a link belt but am still using the stock pulley. I’d imagine a machined pulley would help, but would there be any other reason I’d be losing power and binding up on cuts?

Picked this up for $30 yesterday. Took it apart, cleaned, tightened and wire brushed the rust and it runs really well! I have a rip fence coming tomorrow, the one it has is really hard to get straight. Before pic in the comments. I'll be making a extent table to the side after the new fence comes.
