Carpal/cubital endoscopic release very early this morning. Shocked at how quick everything went. Still very numb from the nerve blocks. Three incisions so tiny that no stitches are needed. Ice, elevate and see the doc in one week for bandage removal. So glad it's done! Feel free to AMA.

Had release yesterday. Not much pain yet. Last night was the first night I slept on my side without my hand falling asleep! The only thing that’s annoying me is not being able to do the things I normally do ,like cooking etc.

Idk if I have it or not. I've been playing RDR 2 for 2 days straight and you have to press X alot on the playstation for ur horse to run and so u dont walk. So essentially I've been pressing it for 2 days straight. Now whenever I press with my thumb it's a very sharp pain. It hurts even when I DONT.
