How would you feel about a pedestrian tunnel connecting Queens Plaza with Queensboro Plaza? Similar to the Times Square and Pt Authority Stations except longer? You can avoid confusion if you need to find either station with a direct path. Add a small police station (?) for safety if you're worried.
