Started the insect lesson today! These were perhaps the most challenging subjects I’ve ever drawn. They have so many complicated little bits jammed together in a tiny space, even in an HD picture it’s difficult to simplify without getting overwhelmed. But after the chrysalis I was feeling better.
Well, this was a tough one. Opinions?

After days of boxes I randomly started doodling boxes in a cluster showcasing my improvement. I did sin by not doing this one in felt pen and I apologize. Don’t give up guys , it’s just really boring and tedious but not impossible.
May not belong here but I was just doodling in class and thought about that 3-D square ball shape so then I tried it with triangles too.
3rd attempt... I think I'm beginning to understand
Drawabox, plotted perspective... I went a bit off script on the exercise on my previous attempt, so I reworked it.
